Free Forever Storage* — Our Commitment

Voice banking storage is completely free forever. Here's how we honor that promise:

"Forever" means as long as LLL Solutions, LLC exists as an operating entity
Multi-generational commitment: This business will be passed down to family members with a succession plan spanning generations
Non-profit endowment evaluation: We're evaluating creating a separate non-profit entity that would raise endowment funds where the interest covers operating costs in perpetuity
Revenue model: We generate revenue from optional add-on products beyond basic voice banking (unlimited playback, expanded storage, premium AI features)
Annual check-in required: To maintain your free account, you must check in at least once per year and confirm your trusted contacts. We'll send email reminders starting 6 months before your check-in is due. Accounts that remain inactive after the reminder period will be closed to preserve system resources.
Shutdown transparency: In the unlikely event we must cease operations, we commit to:
- Provide 12 months advance notice via email and website
- Offer free data export of all your voice recordings
- Share resources and recommendations for voice cloning services
- Keep your data accessible during the entire notice period

Important: Archive Storage Policy

To keep storage free forever, we use cost-effective long-term cloud archive storage:

• One-time withdrawal: You may request to withdraw your audio files only once from archive storage

• 24-48 hour retrieval: Expect 24-48 hours for us to retrieve your recordings from deep storage archives. We'll notify you by email once they're ready to download

• 60-day download window: After we notify you, you have 60 days to download your files

• Don't want to wait? Upgrade to our paid subscription for instant access to your recordings anytime

Voice recordings: Your recordings enable AI voice cloning with partner services or platforms like ElevenLabs
Trusted contacts: Designate up to 3 trusted contacts
Annual check-in: Required once per year

Service Terms

Account Maintenance

Free tier accounts must check in annually to:

Verify your contact information is current
Confirm or update your trusted contacts
Acknowledge you still want to maintain the service

We'll send reminder emails at:

6 months before check-in due
3 months before check-in due
1 month before check-in due
1 week before check-in due
Final notice: Account will be closed in 30 days

Data Retention & Deletion

If your account is closed due to inactivity, your voice recordings will be:

Marked for deletion after the final 30-day grace period
Permanently deleted from all cloud providers within 90 days
Unrecoverable after deletion is complete

Trusted Contacts

Your trusted contacts can:

Request access to your voice recordings if you're incapacitated
Retrieve your AI voice model on your behalf
Access pre-recorded legacy messages you've designated for them
